Well, if it shoots 30 fps it's certainly NOT PAL.

Sorry Ulrich,

Well I am still a beginner. I checked it is
(HD) 1.920 x 1.080, 30 B/s (1080p),

If I have the chance to shoot either NTSC and PAL, should I go for NTSC??

Thanks Ulrich

Go with whatever your camera does natively. At 30fps (or B/s) it's natively NTSC.

However, if it can do both... tough call... Depends on the market you're aiming at. With your travel/dokumentary type clips (architecture, nature, etc) from Europe I'd shoot PAL because your customers would most likely be Europeans. The clips from outside Europe might do better with 30fps.

Generally I would assume that clips with lots of motion would have better quality in NTSC due to higher framerate while colours have better quality in PAL system (different colour coding).

Go NTSC!!! It is by far the greatest market and I think that they would like to have images of Europe in NTSC not in PAL. See here for yourself what it sells and how much: Overview at Artist Resources
