CSV file do not work?

Hi! I don't know what's wrong, but i edit my csv file with
Freeware "CSVpad", save / overwrite the file and upload it on the "Apply
CSV" page. It appears "Its all done!" and the files are listed but the
file information remains the same.
I also try the latest Chrome and Firefox version.
Can you help me please?

Why not use Free OpenOffice ?
