My portofolio is not searchable. Anyone experienced that?

I wanted to put offline my files for a while so I speak with support. And they did. After 4 days, they reput online my files, but none of my 1502 files shows in search or in artist page. It passed 5 days since then. Anyone else experienced this issue? How long did passed untilit was solved? Thanks !

Usually it takes some days but just ask support they're very helpful.

i`ve asked support, they agreed its bug and said it will be solved very soon. Passed 1,5 day with no info meanwhile...

how long is your problem solved? have similar. First, my account has been disabled but the files remain online. Then turn on the account but none of my 1300 files shows in search or in artist page. Wrote in help - unsubscribe that it will take some time. 6 days without change. No sales 3 day. Who is familiar with this?
