Cannot download files I have bought!

Just bought a few clips but when I go to download and get given the option of prores or H264 the H264 doesn't work and I get an error message.

Don't really want to download the large prores files.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Advice for other buyers - if you experience a problem I suggest calling rather than sending an E-mail

No response to E-mail in several hours (perhaps a separate contact E-mail for buyers would be a good idea?)
