what do you think about this idea:
all clips having an option (on upload)
that instead of having a price, they could
be bought at whatever price the client wants to offer.
of course, for sfx there still will be the limit of $2
and $15 for music, but other than that, he would
be allowed to pay whatever sum.
this way, some big clients that have larger budgets
and want to pay more, will be able to do that.
if i was making an ad that goes nationwide
and want to pay $300 for it, i wouldnt be able
under the current prices (cuz the customer put a fixed price),
but with this new option, i could.
i dont think that all clients will pay the minimum to
get away, i think the ones that cana afford
and that consider their project is big enough,
will pay bigger.

Are you new in this business? You see, experience says something opposite. If someone can afford it doesn't mean he'll be happy to pay more!
Of course there are clients who will never buy something cheap, but trust me, not many of them and really not that much projects in a year...

You are right, soon we are all semi-jobless / fully-jobless (Robot replace labour work, nursery etc) and can't even find a piece of land to grow our food because we can't afford to buy Monsanto seed.
