Well,as suggested by some of the pond5 crew i created a csv file to set my price for hd downconverted from 4k....the csv has been approved and all the hd downconverted prices was right.....then i submitted the files and boom...all the hd downconverted price are back to the stupid 75% option...
it's very frustating spend so much time to improve the uploanding process and see that it's only a waste of time here at pond5!!!!
Pond5 are you going to fix this timeconsuming issue??we are tired to waste time on things that should be simple!!!!!
again....Are you going to fix the search bug that makes hd downconverted invisible if buyers use the price sliders???

It looks like this site is on autopilot mode...
they don't even look at the forum anymore...

For whatever reason it appears that even though the downconverted prices been set upon submission, as soon as they get approved it resets them. I just plan on periodically selecting the first 400 in the list and reseting the downconverted prices because there are always a number of them that need to be fixed again.

Stay tuned guys, we know about the problems and we have fixes in the works. Just as soon as I get approval to share more information, I'll be making an announcement addressing the issues, and sharing our solutions. :)

Jonathon, is there a policy at Pond5 where you're not allowed to respond to more than 4% of all threads in the forum? Or do you just ignore most of the posts and questions because you feel like it?

I'm sorry you feel ignored @dnavarrojr, but we're all working as hard as we can to improve the site. Please stay tuned.

I just see question after questions from LOTS of people that never get answered. Not even a courtesy (we don't know the answer).
Just wondering why that is? Why do you ignore some questions but answer others? What's the criteria?
