The stupid high quality preview program crashed. Again. Ill add a watchdog to it to prevent this in the future.
The high quality previews are being generated right now.

This issue seems to have popped up again. My last three uploads have ugly previews. Is anyone else experiencing this?

To be more specific, if you look at this clip, the preview looks out of focus. If you go to "Download a low-res comp", you'll see it looks much better.

What do you think? Should I delete and re-upload, or live with it, or is it fixable on Pond5's side of things?
Thank in advance!
Also, I'm happy to report my first download!

If you add a https://www.pond5.com/ko/stock-footage/491315/gold-dome-on-colorado-state-capitol-timelapse.html?debug=1 and you see that the player manages to download the ...xl.flv version, the clip is in high quality.
The clip itself (http://d3macfshcnzosd.cloudfront.net/000491315_prev_xl.flv) looks sharper in the http://www.videolan.org. I guess this is because the video has the smooth flag set. Sometimes this smooth flag helps, and sometimes not. I'll do some experiments.

Ok, I've made a change; if it goes fullscreen or is a low quality preview it should smooth, otherwise not. Is everyone happy with this?

actually it looks fine here in the player, but maybe it is just the edit page. strange.

Mine look much better now. It was the out-of-focus effect that bothered me. Thanks Marcus!
