I hope the administration of such a large and highly profitable site should be aware of bugs and fix it as soon as possible

In the past, Pond5 would accept pretty much any audio submissions from pretty much anyone. That has changed, and we've become much stricter about what music and SFX items we can accept. This is no reflection of you or your work, we're just over saturated with a lot of common audio stock. We're currently sitting at more than 400,000 unique audio tracks, so we have to become a bit stingier about what we can take.
