How do you credit an artist?

Hello all! I'm a relative newcomer to the audio side of the house. I purchased a very nice piece that I want to use as background for some nature relaxation videos. I've tried to read the License Agreement, and I believe that the piece of music I purchases is NonPro Audio Content (I've emailed the artist to confirm). Regardless of the approval by the License Agreement that appears to grant me commercial access, I would still like to credit the artist in the final credits. Is there a standardized format for Pond5? (e.g., Title, artist, artist.com; Licensed under blah, and the url with the license. Thanks bunches from the newb!
