Upload problems

I'm having issues with uploading clips through the java uploader. It doesn't matter how many clips I drag and drop into the uploader before starting it, the thing only uploads one clip and then stops. I have to close and re-start it for each separate clip.
When I try to upload using FTP I get a different issue - it uploads the first clip over and over and over instead of moving on to the next clip in line.
What am I doing wrong?

AHA!
I had this EXACT same issue for months. I was sure that it was a problem with Pond5 and other sites where I had the issue. Then, I discovered it was my internet router. I was using a 6 year old cable/modem/router combo and it was closing the FTP control connection which made the JAVA applet and my FTP software have issue (the same ones you describe).
Replacing my router with something more modern fixed the problem.

The ftp server software is broken as well. :/ Resume seems to not work in most cases. I tried a suggested patch, but this didn't seem to help. We'll try to replace the ftp server software as soon as possible.

If it will help, I can have these guys pay the software company a visit... :)
