after effects

Hello everyone nooby here. Are after effects included in the memberships or no? Also I've seen quite a few comments regarding youtube flagging content due to prior ownership or licensing issues for what seems to be in regards to the pond five music tracks. Has anyone experienced this with the video clips as well?
