Pretty cool ... back when I got my original SliderOne, it quickly became one of my favorite bits of kit, but for one problem: no panning. So I wrote them a message defining a panner that could be integrated, and they really stepped up to the plate!
Lots of ways this can be configured, too. Like putting the MotionBox under the slider (changes the parallax feel), putting the MotionBox on top of or underneath the FlexTilt2 head, which changes the angle of the panner, and of course using it as a turntable, or a tilt device (with two you get pan and tilt) or the tabletop device thingie ...
Very nice that the SliderOne Pro has much better ability to operate with heavier loads and on an incline .. this was something the original SliderOne could not do.
Heavy, and dense, but much smaller than the SliderPlus stuff, and basically a great option for travel, macro work, and anytime you need slide/pan and/or tilt action without having to break out the big slider.
The App(s) are pretty nifty. The new SliderOne app is really neato ... with a real time interface which is very intuitive. However, the MotionBox App is a separate app ... there are not clear instructions or video tuts on that yet, but they are forthcoming.
Slide/pan tracking was off a bit (visible with close/tele/macro), and I mentioned this, and they got back to me today, and already have new firmware and new app(s) and my initial testing indicate vast improvement.
SliderOne Pro uses Canon LP-6 batteries, and MotionBox has internal battery charged via USB. Takes a while, but a can also be run on USB. When not in use, it is important to put MotionBox in flight mode, so it does not use its charge. Exiting Flight Mode is done by pressing the Reset button.
I bought it as bundle with a new FlexTilt head as well as the nifty all terrain stand legs .... diggit.

Awesome. My sliderone is my favorite and most used piece of gear (other than my GH5) that I own. I didn't even know about the motion box until reading this. Thanks for the heads up Mizamook.

Will it connect with the original slider one or do you need the Sliderone Pro?

Therein lies the rub ... I don't know, but I somehow suspect that you need the Pro sliderOne. But the SliderOne Pro has other benefits as well, as I mentioned, which to me, although aggravating, made it worth the upgrade.
