Rendering 4k 4096x2160 .MOV file from 5D Mark IV - Vegas Pro 15

Hello,

I am just finishing up some projects with this camera and want to make sure I understand the rendering settings needed.
Will Quicktime pjpeg work well? Other than changing the file properties and custom ratio, are there any other settings recommended?
Or should I just use the XAVC format? A little lost here.
