Constructive critique on my video portfolio

First of all, I wanted to welcome everyone here because it's my 1st post :)

I started uploading stock footage here about 4 months ago. Now, I have almost 450 clips in my portfolio. But I see that I have very low views on my files and no sales (compared to other stock agencies, where I have more views and few sales). I know that I shoud have at lest 10 times more clips in portfolio, but... Maybe I am doing something wrong? I try to make high quality clips and have diversity in my portfolio. Is it CG? FPS? Codecs? Or just I have to upload more files and wait more time?

I will be grateful if someone would like to take a look: https://www.pond5.com/pl/artist/marek_mosinski#1/2063

Hi,
Not sure why you aren't having sales. The subjects are great. Love the lighting and videography.
Not fps or codecs. Maybe look at your keywords.

I also think your videos look excellent. You have some terrific ideas for stock shots, too.

Like you, I've only been active on Pond5 for a short time (3 months in my case) and have no sales yet. Although I have more than 500 videos, I get only three or four views per day. In my case, I've shot thousands of video clips over the years, so most of my clips so far have been these older clips -- I already have them, might as well use them. I view uploading to stock video sites (such as Pond5) as if it was a retirement account. I'm paying into it now with the expectation that I will get a small but steady income from it in the future.

Good luck!

JHDT_Productions, pvreditor - thank you very much for your opinion.
Maybe it's keywords issue, but I spend lots of time on keywording and writing proper descriptions for my files. Problems could be obvios, but I don't see them...
