Java uploader broken?

Hellos...
I haven't uploaded a clip in awhile, I tried to yesterday and it would seem that the java uploader is broken? is it just me or is anyone else having this problem?
I run Windows7 and have all the latest updates for IE / Firefox / Chrom, the uploader isn't working in any of these browsers for me =(
