Uploaded clip not in offline list

Look its not P5 fault that things have be slow. For the past few weeks there has been a problem with the servers and with the number of uploads lately things tend to get backed up. Also it depends on which FTP you uploaded to.

There have also been a number of threads posted by the curators about the problems with those servers. The number of uploads tend to increase during the summer months and slow down in the winter.

Least of all other sites don't get the volume of clips that P5 receives.

Boy, its great to be a newbe and have all the answers.

Clearly...pond 5 is not top shelf. I think that's the bottom line. I'm sorry to myself for wasting my own time in becoming a member with a valid account, and spending the apparently needless dollars to burn and ship dvd-rom's (with traking info and a confirmation from pond 5 staff of receipt and "its in the upload cue").

I don't know what else to say about this site and its users.

Pond5 is top notch. There are some others that just put the royal screws to us if you're not up on current events.

But that aside, are you saying Pond5 did receive your DVD and now the videos are in the upload queue?

Eric, (Friedflims) Instead of complaining about your lack of confidence in Pond5. Why not contact them directly using the CONTACT US at the bottom of this page as there is nothing any of us can do for you. There is also a phone number on the contact page where you call in and talk with the curator (Kennon).

FTP has been working perfect here at P5. If you are having ftp trouble it's more than likely your problem not P5's. Yes indeed the review process is taking longer now than anytime in the last few years. What do ya expect. The rats are jumping ship at the "big I" and P5 is the place to be. Yup we all wish things were faster ... I still have clips at the other place waiting for a full year and yes they know about them but "we're just too busy right now". Yup I have over 100 clips all keyworded ready for review, they'll get to them very soon. Nice to see ya here for a short time, I guess we'll miss ya ;) .... nope probably won't LOL
