Terrible slow connection

Terrible slow connection here in Germany, only P5 Flashplayer needs too long for showing clips. Editing makes no fun in this way.
It's only me (my machine) or also others in GER?

Same here it take a couple of seconds until it opens the clips when hovering with the mouse. Also upload is sometimes sooooooo slowwwwww.

if you are using windows, go to the start menu and type in the command 'cmd'. when the window pops open, type:

ping -t 8.8.8.8

if you see high ping times (ms), then you have a slow connection. if the numbers keep jumping around, then your connection is unreliable. a good ping time should be 200ms or less, if it were 400ms or more it would be a sluggish connection.
