Pay for Keywording

I think pond5 could make some more money if they hired someone to keyword. I would pay a fairly large amount for someone to keyword 100 clips. I would probably make more clips if this was available.

Another photo site apparently does it for 35cents per photo according to one of my pond5 peeps.

If nobody needed anything key worded the keyworder management specialist (everyone wants a nice title) could do some curating.

Also side note: The keyworder management specialist could also copy Dons keywords to make things go faster.

I would pay for keywording too!!! Mostly for Dons keywords!

My keywords are cheap, it's my name that is expensive. ;)

All my new clips have your name in it and I'm seeing less views then ever... I used all your aliases too... I'm so disappointed I heard this was the ticket to great success.

There are many better keyword options other than copying mine. Never said or implied mine were any good at all. In fact they probably suck. ;) At least you were smart enough to realize it before you lost all your sales LOL.

You can get your keywords done over at http://www.picworkflow.com/ (maybe). It's set up for stills, but write Bob and ask him about video. He'll give you an answer - responds quickly. If serious, you may also want to explore these task outsourcing services, such as http://www.microtask.com/. I haven't, would be interested to see what you find out.

You should try drinking heavily while you keyword... It really helps

interesting site, I'm almost finished key wording my current "batch" though.

A keyword pay service might encourage quality too because people might be more selective of their own clips? It might be more of an impulse purchase if there were fewer steps, but maybe not. Maybe it doesn't bother most people as much as it does me.

I think key wording is the worst aspect of stock footage IMO, I try to ease the pain by watching TV or the video streams from the webcams I planted in Jake's house....but sometimes Jake doesn't do anything for hours. Like, Jake when are you going to stop standing in the clown blood, at least do SOMETHING with that avatar Doll you got dressed up as Abe Lincoln.

Tried that out some today, it is great. A little time consuming, but overall really good. I wonder if he monitors what everyone searches for.
