Item page views suddenly stopped.

I've noticed my artist page views have remained quite constant but on the 20/04/24 my item page views have stopped or are not showing in the stats. I'm not sure if they have actually stopped or is it just a Pond5 glitch. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me.

Starting with page 43 (48 footages/page), there are no more clips in my Artist page. The clips from page 43 are repeated in a loop and that's all.

The numbers do seem a bit strange, this month so far 1435 artist page views but only 25 item page views. Last month to compare 120 artist page views and 19 item page views. What I find a bit odd is the disproportionate item page views to artist page views this month. Pond5 must have made some technical changes or there is a glitch in the system. This is just my opinion, I could be wrong as not many other people have mentioned it.

I misunderstood JohnBrophy. My problem is different. I can't see my own clips in my ArtistPage, View all, as I mentioned, starting with page 43. From page 44, the clips from page 43 repeat endlessly, although I have a little more than 15,000 footages in total.

Just had a look at your pages, like you say when you get to 43 the following pages just seem to repeat what's on 43. Could it be that you have not up loaded more than 43 pages and it just repeats the last one. If you have uploaded more than 43 pages of footage, has some of your footage gone missing. If you think the latter I would contact Pond5, I assume they have a department that deals with serious technical issues like missing digital assets.

Pinrecords, at least I know its not just me that's noticed weird stats.

Thank you, JohnBrophy. I wrote to Pond5 Support. Looks like I'm missing 13k clips. Or at least I can't see them...

It would be interesting to know if they have an explanation and if your footage can be recovered.

I didn't receive any explanations, nor could I be given a deadline for solving it. I wait and check page 43 every day...
