I have one file that says it's ready to be keyworded but it's not there. Not sure the name, not any thing to worry about though. If any curators are board and want to mess with it cool, if not it can stay.

Re: Wideweb's point 2, if you delete a sitemail without reading it first the Unread count is not updated until another sitemail arrives in the in-box.

Your files were moved manually.
We've updated Python and Curl on the servers. Hopefully that will take care of their intermittent confusion.

Again, I have uploaded 18 files but I do not see them in "write info". Thanks.

I uplous a few files(ftp3.pond5.com) and some of them can not see? When they re-uploud particular, some appear and some do not ... so that they uploud until all do not show up ...)
Why is this happening?

Same here. Uploaded 6 clips overnight and none of them are showing.

FTP3 has a queue of 141 files waiting for processing (as at 23:40 UTC). Sit tight and the missing files will be copied over when the blockage is cleared.
It might be worth using ftp.pond5.com until FTP3 clears if the files are time sensitive.
Doctors Hammer and Spanner to FTP3, please.
Paul.
