Its only taken him 3 years to take Pond5 from the number 1 agency to dead last. Congrats on completely destroying all trust from the contributors while tanking sales at the same time.

Whatever happened in the last year has reached a certain level of stinkiness with the coming out of Hyperstock. They are STEALING our clips. No "Stewards of the Marketplace" action here, unless you really believe that next to free content is the wave of the future.

Sure .. there's a glut now ... what about our "agreement"??? What will happen in a few years, when all the old footage is either gone (removed from marketplaces due to no return) and no new content is coming in because it is no longer worth doing?

How about helping us all out in this time of uncertainty and restoring the previous split of earnings. We are all in dire straits as self employed artists. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Thanks.
