Why multiple copies of footage showing up?

@Rekindle, When you uploaded that batch do you happen to know if at any time your upload stopped or your connection was reset?, The only time I get duplicate files showing up is if I abort an upload and then restart it.

What I try and do to prevent that is check my windows 10 updates and my security updates and make sure everything is updated so the computer can run for awhile without restarting.

If I accidentally abort the upload or the internet drops then it leads to duplicates showing up for some reason.

Wonder if the auto resume function on the FTP server is creating duplicates with the same name as opposed to resuming the original file, that happened to me with one of the TV stations but I had to rename the file myself and start over.....was no fun.

"We are aware of the upload problems and our developers are working on fixing the issues. Unfortunately we cannot advise on how long it is going to take as these technical issues may be small or may take some longer work.
We'd be happy to delete the duplicate items for you if you could provide us with the clipids.

Have been waiting awhile for this issue to get fixed, tried again today with no success. My files are failing at 900 seconds each time. All forms of uploading to other websites work.
