MouseOver preview on upload page

Until rather recently there used to be a mouseOver function on the upload page, that would display a small version of the clip in a tooltip kind of way. For the last few days this has no longer been working. The tooltip overlay opens with the usual text, but without the actual clip displaying.
Any idea what caused this, and how to make that work again? It seems to be working on Chrome, but not on Firefox.
