Can't model release photos?

Hi guys!
I'm new to Pond5, and have several hundred photos that I want to add to my collection. I just uploaded my CSV with all my metadata, and then went to manually add in the release information on the website (not with the CSV). But then I saw there was no section that mentioned model releases, so I tried adding it in to just one file through the CSV. After applying, I got an error that said something like my "access level is not high enough" to enter model releases.
Any idea what's going on? I can't find any information on it in the contributor help section.
