When do I have to calibrate my 5D2?

I do this myself with the misroadjust feature. this usually occurs with extreme temperature change or impact of the lens against a hard surface. Lenses even after use will require microadjustment but this happens more so with something with a big aperture.

Hmmm a few examples might help cause your shutter is at about 2/3 of its expected life so still has plenty of shots to go...

So, this is the situation:

After no hair was left on my head, I noticed that while I shoot in Standard Picture Style (5,1,1,1), I was getting different EXIF in "Digital Photo Professional".
Contrast -4
Color tone 0
Color saturation 0
Sharpness 0.

I reset the camera, but these values persist.
I downloaded the latest build of the firmware, re-installed, and the problem was resolved. I took several pictures and clips and everything works as designed.

Thanks guys for all the tips.
