Dont works preview on UPLOADS page in Needs Edit and Pending sections, Chrome

In new uploaded videos dont works preview on UPLOADS page in Needs Edit and Pending sections. In Online sections preview it works. In portfolio page all works. I work in Chrome last version 79.0.3945.88 (64 bit). I downloads files from Pond5 page of these clips with watermark - these files it works.

If you find your newly uploaded clips in all under the status bar contact support. I had the same problem a few months ago and it was no fault of your chrome browser.

Videos uploaded after New Year DO NOT PLAY in Chrome and Firefox browsers. Videos uploaded in 2020 (40 videos) dont works in Chrome and Firefox. This it your internal problem for my account on Pond5!
Fix it, please.
