Hi there, I'm kinda new to this so cut me some slack here. I have lots of videos up for sale but when I go to my profile it says ""This user has no items for sale currently"
I added mine to my collection so you can see them there, but am I doing something else wrong?

Have you keyworded and submitted for approval?
Do you see them in your uploads tab and is the status "online" or "needs edit" or "pending"?

Thanks for contacting us. The newer clips are still indexing, and this can take up to a week or longer for them to be processed and indexed into the site. As far as the older clips that were approved in early December, I'm asking the team why those aren't showing up. The clips are all missing descriptions, however, so you need to at least enter a description on them so they can show up in more searches.
The clips can be found by searching by the title, so they're definitely there.

Hi! I'm having a similar problem that I just noticed today. When I click on my user name to view my media, it only shows that I have "1" photo. I'm not sure why this is, as I have over 3000 in my collection. I just changed my user name the other day. Would that cause an issue?
