problems uploading releases

Hi,
I am using two computers: Win7 & WinXP and cannot upload releases.
I try HTML5 and the windows flicks on for a moment then off. Trying Java and I get a message: Uploadfailed:java.netMalformedURLException:no protocol:ftp.pond5.com

I have the latest Java.
Pond 5 say problem is probably my end and to use a different browser.

Can anyone help with IE & Windows?

Hi, I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I am running Windows 7 & had to install Google chrome to fix the problem. Hope this helps. JZ

Thanks again JZ - gave me the impetus to install Chrome on my Win7 computer (which I didn't want to do) and now I believe I actually have the release done!

Not sure why there is suddenly a problem as I have happily used IE up to now - but hey-ho that's computers.

Your welcome! The problem popped up on me the same way out of nowhere. Like you, IE worked fine for me before. Who knows? JZ
