Combining Multiple Resolutions into One Details Page

I totally disagree with the concept! Leave things that are not broken alone and fix the real issues. There is a solid reason for uploading in different resolutions. For about 7 months last year I had the top billing on Google when someone searched for "4K stock footage". This was because I have a website that drives traffic to a certain bin (collection) that only contains 4K footage. The same with 2K. I did this because P5 never did one simple thing - and that was to start new resolution buttons for such footage. They all fell under "multimedia". Ryan - please don't drop bombs on us that are related to things we have been doing for years now. And Don, i doubt seriously that there are "really inflated in numbers by tens or hundreds of thousands". Get real! Of course if the curators actually did look at notes - well then....

My mistake in speculating on numbers/percentages. I should not have speculated.

We are addressing the issue of associations and are working on a better solution to getting files put together in a more streamlined process.

Please don't hesitate to email me at ryan@pond5.com if you need clips associated or disassociated.

Thanks again for your input!

Vader... I made a statement based on P5 saying based on 10-20% of different version or sizes. Ryan says he speculated so I guess we really don't now how many "duplicates" there are . There are a significant amount of duplicates. Not just size or format but exact duplicates. One artist I stumbled upon has significant statistical duplicates in a very small portfolio of a few hundred. We just gotta trust P5 with stats, numbers and sales ;)
