Help - I need a couple 2 minute footage

Im looking for around 2 minutes of a couple breaking up. with shots of both of them sad, maybe even a phone call and then the guy going back to her

Someone may have that already in multiple clips of actors doing just that in same clothes. But more than likely it will be a custom shoot.
I could shoot something like that. It would require hiring actors and staging.
But there are some questions.
What is your time frame on delivery and budget?
Age of the couple, ethnicity?
Do you need sound? If so, do you have a script?
