Colour problems preview video

I uploaded a ProRes video last week and I've noticed that there's a yellow/orange 'blur' in the preview video. The original ProRes file is fine so I'm wondering if it's an encoding problem when the video gets converted to MP4 for the preview page.
I was wondering if there's any way to correct this. All replies appreciated, thanks.

Not sure you can correct it. I had a problem with a file that is perfect when viewed on ANY platform except P5. I even had Ryan d/l from a Dropbox account to his PC and even he said it looked great, no issues. Yet when I tried several different uploads, they all look like crap.
The last time I heard from him regarding this specific issue was over 2mos ago, and no one had a good explanation... "just problems with the encoder".
You might try another upload via another ftp server and see if the process runs better on that cluster, and produces a better result.

Thanks for that, glad it's not just me. I've put a note on the video description for people taking a look at it. Hopefully it won't put anyone off from wanting to buy it!
