Hey Jake,
Are you taking pictures of items then putting yourself in them, or are they video? Like the blender, was it a video or pic?

Scott ... come on man ... It's Jake inside the blender and bottle ... this is not high cost Hollywood magic. I sure hope Delores stops putting him into those things, bet he scared to death.

You have no idea how brave he is.

Nice house Scott. All the lights are on and nobodies home.

Scott, The blender and bottle are still photos. As well as the keyboard.
The bottle and blender had to be taken in front of the green screen so I could be put "inside".
Just layers in AE.

The first time we did it, Delores put me in the garbage disposal. Man, I still have cuts on my feet. I'm not doing that anymore.

Ouch...! And I thought I was taking my job to serious, carrying all that heavy gear up on a 3800m high mountain...

My problem with doing green screen work is that when I key, the edges pixillate very badly, even with the spill elimination, and it's next to impossible for me to get clean edges. I'm using Avid Liquid to edit. Any advice?

I was having the same issues. The first problem I had was not enough light on the subject and background, this was my experience with pixillated edges.
Also a big help was to have a back light on the subject. Like a hair light but a little more on the body too. Really makes the subject pop from the background and makes it easy to key.

I don't use Avid so can't say anything on that. I use After Effects CS4. The Keylight plugin works great.
