Unresponsive Sales Inquiry

Apologies if this is the incorrect place, but has anyone else encountered major delays when contacting Sales? I received an initial response from them, but upon answering, I hadn't received a response in over a week. I sent follow up emails since and now it's been 2 weeks since I originally contacted. It's not a small sale and we are quickly running out of time. I feel frustrated and there doesn't seem to be any other avenue besides Fin or "Support@pond5.com". Is there any other mode of communication that anyone knows to be able to get help?
