VirtualDub32 freeze

Hello!
I am using VirtualDub 32b on my 64b computer because it has several 32b filters that do not run on the 64b version.
It used to work fine, however, recently it has started freezing after 12 frames more or less.
I am not aware of any significant change in my computer. What could go wrong?
