uploading seems impossible!

No matter how I try, uploading via browser don't work?? the FTP don't work where I live so I have to use the Browser. Has it changed or is there any other way, Flash, Java?

In Sweden! I know, hi-tech country and all that but I live on a farm, horses, dogs, etc and for some reason the FTP have never worked for me, dont really know why but it don't, or I would gladly use it.

You can send them your hard disk...
Make sure you had a lot clips to justify this trouble.
