Using music in a game

Hi, I'm finishing my first commercial game, and I found two music here that fits in the game. But it's the first time I buy music this way, for a commercial product, and I tried to read the license agreement, but I can't understand exactly if it's ok to me to use the music (english isn't my first language).

The game is a html5 game, it will run in browsers on desktop and mobile, and I will sell it to other companies (a non-exclusive license, generally for gaming portals). The only things I will modify the songs, is to cut a little part in the end to create a loop music.

the license agreement is difficult to understand but I would think that it is ok to use the music in the way you have said. If you want to be 100% sure you may wish to directly message the people who created the sound. Then, you will have it in writing from them that it is fine and they will appreciate to see where the sound is being used. I would be happy for you to use any of my music and audio in this way and if you wish to have something created for your games I would pleased to make that for you. I can make sounds including music, loops, and effects quickly for your game if you wish.
