Upload system is real catastrophe and pain - Please Fix It !

It would be interesting to know what some of you are using to upload your clips. Myself I use Filezilla and have never have had a problem uploading since 2006. For some Filezilla may be slow over the web because of bandwidth but it's better than all the problems you may be having.

Back in Homer where I started we had better internet (4m up and down) and I used Filezilla. Here in Haines at 1M upload I cannot use Filezilla with P5 because it fails every one, mostly in starting over (and over, and over). If it gets to 100% uploaded and then I stop it, half the time it fails completely.
I prefer FZ because I can save the queue in case of total failure, and I can instruct it to shut down machine when done, which is nice when I want to head out or go to bed.
However Filezilla works perfect with Shutterstock ... very seldom fail, as in one or two in the last couple months.
VB uploader is great .. very seldom fail, uploads one at a time regardless of how many in queue.
Using P5 web uploader is only way for me. Anything above 500MB is chancy, but have to try sometimes three times, renaming each time.
Cannot upload more than one per uploader instance, (they always fail, since it tries to upload all at once) but have been getting away with uploading two at a time by having two different tabs open. Not always though.
Dodgy as hell. Sure wish there were a way to port DropBox to individual file accounts at agencies. I know T3Media (Now WazeeDigital) is starting to do something like that ... the artist/contributor uploads to their own Amazon cloud thing or whatever, then if the file sells Wazee securely instigates file transfer. Makes sense. Upload ONCE. Sell MANY. (Sorry for low tech terms.)

We all the problems you have Gene but I'm interested in what the others are using and if they are limited by bandwidth. Of course, some of the problems could be solely with P5 as I have plenty of errors throughout the site but with uploading.
