Two questions from newbie

1) I have most of my songs registered with CD Baby, which I believe means my songs are registered with ASCAP. Should I indicate this somehow in the detail data for the songs that I submit to Pond5?

2) I saw somewhere the term "no royalty payments" in connection with some songs that I have uploaded to Pond5. To whom does that notice apply? I was under the impression that there are certain sorts of sales that would (or at least could) lead to royalty payments. I was assuming, say, if some network decided to use my song as a show opening, I would receive more than the same relatively small one-time payment that any John Doe might pay for for using my songs on their website. By working with Pond5, am I really committing to sell my music for the same price, whether the ultimate use is on an un-visited website or on a nationally televised sitcom?
