Mandelbox and other fractal animations

If you like to make super cool fractals like those from the Mandelbox programs, deep zooms, flying "cameras" through a fractal, stop motion, time lapse, or other types of fractal animations and videos then please use this thread. Some of these may also work great with popular 3D glasses. For mine you always want to use ChromaDepth 3D glasses when applicable.
If you wish to comment on these topics that is fine too.

This is a VGA version (640x480 pixels) of my original PC HD files. These deep zooms were not created with programs such as Ultra Fractal, Fractal Extreme, or other similar fractal generators which do all the animation work for you.
When I got started making these my intention was to have lots of little animations with common opening and closing colors. That way I could randomly load the files if I liked and still move seamlessly from one segment to the next. Color variations are due to different rendering methods or regions of exploration chosen within the same fractal.
Keep in mind one more cool thing...the black and white fractals are really in color!

Fractal Deep Zoom #3 "Red Neon"
Any time I have played this for an audience it is the most requested to be shown again. Eight hundred ninety students from two different schools were floored when they saw this for the first time. Many agreed that parts looked like the evil alien ships from the popular Babylon 5 TV show!
This was the piece that got me going with deep zooming explorations of my fractals. When I showed it as a preview to board members of the Roswell CABYs this was the one that got them most excited. Although Kathy LeNoir seemed to really enjoy Fractal Deep Zoom #6 "Pastels".

These are fun to watch at slower speeds. Especially Fractal Deep Zoom #1 "Full Circle". With that one you don't just see "static" but you really get a chance to appreciate all 604 frames of the animation with their unique circular moire patterns clashing like ripples in a big pond.

Here is a swell fractal deep zoom. It was one of my earliest. In those days I would make a "blind" zoom into an area that looked promising. Then make course corrections on the way down. Nowadays I make sure that my end point is what I expect it to be before I make a deep zoom into a particular fractal region. Also looks cool with ChromaDepth 3D glasses.
