Cannot attach Matte to clip

Hi,

I don't seem to be able to attach a matte .mov file to my clip now. Is there a size limit? My mattes I have trouble with is from 9 - 38 MB.

Smaller mattes are fine.
Here's the error msg after attaching.

Notice: Undefined index: userfile in attach_post.php on line 340
Error: Failed to open sourcefile.

Hi,

If you upload using the html form there is a max limit of 8M or so. There was (is?) a silly thing with PHP that made uploads stay in memory while uploading so we had to put a restriction there.

There is as a second alternative "Upload using the Java applet" that works around this problem. Have you tried that one? It might act up using Internet Explorer, so it's probably best to use Firefox with it.

Yeah, I tried using IE7 and java applet doesn't work. I don't use Firefox.
Can I use FTP?
