recording from PC to Mini DV, DVCAM, DVCPRO or Beta for the first time

I'm submitting my fractal movie to a short film for broadcast TV. If I am chosen they want my work on these types of tapes:

Mini DV, DVCAM, DVCPRO or Beta

For those of you with broadcast experience what would I need to do to make this easiest on myself and the broadcaster? And cheapest too.

the standard for broadcast here in Europe lately is
DVCam (xd or sp) Beta-cam is an older format and minidv isalso used in consumer cams. If you can go for DVCam
