First Time Artists: FTP and Upload Issues Resolved

Hi Guys!
Marcus has been working like mad, and it looks as though we can go ahead and say that the FTP issues we've been experiencing have been resolved, with the new system in place.
Due to a major upgrade to our FTP server system, we've been experiencing some issues with uploads over the past few days. The main symptom of this is uploads are taking longer to appear. FTP.Pond5.com, as well as FTP2 and FTP3, are now fixed and working. If you have files that have been uploaded but have not yet shown up on your My Pond>Uploads page, they should be appearing in the next 48 hours or so.
The good news is - now that the system has been upgraded we've doubled the amount of files that can be processed simultaneously, the files should spend a shorter time in preprocessing between your computer and our site, and the system should be more reliable all around. So, as Marcus said "It's one of those updates that likely would throw something at the fan but saves the fan in the long run", and was a necessary update to keep up with the volume of uploads we continue to receive.
Thanks for your patience, and if you have any further issues, please let us know as we work out the kinks in the system. As always, check https://www.pond5.com/pt/index.php?page=ftp_status to see how clogged the queue is, and as the queue goes down, normal or improved upload-to-untagged-footage times will resume.
Let's keep further discussion on the subject here if we can, so we can go ahead and consolidate all the threads that have popped up.
If you have clips that have been approved by our curator, please comment in our matching https://www.pond5.com/pt/community?thread=1059958, so newer users can use this for questions or any further issues they're having.
Thanks!
Kennon

Thanks a lot for the hard work and for making everything go so flawlessly here at P5! Elsewhere they send your clips right into a black hole every now and then, and you have to accept it as a part of the business...
Just a note, in case it is important: The last 3 clips that appeared on my uploads page have the correct preview lengths and file sizes, but the duration is indicated as 0,0 secs. Not an issue for me, but I thought I let you know.
Cheers,
Stefan

I'm seeing the same issue with the "0" second duration on new clips.

Check the data column of your most recent uploads. Nothing wrong with the clips. It´s just that they "officially" do not contain any frames :).

I still had a batch unprocessed clips from a week ago. I have now deleted them and re-uploaded and they seem to go through ok.
