Weird stuff on FTP...

Anybody experience this today...? my systems connects ok, but then comes back with this in the error logs:

I have not had a successful connection since this morning when I uploaded one file successfully.

Using FIlezilla - this started late this afternoon. I have even done a complete shutdown to see if it would flush perhaps some cached stuff... but no luck. tried ftp2.pond5.com - but it wouldn't authenticate me as a valid user.

It's tryin to tell ya you have enough clips on-line ;)

Oh, I see. So you are telling me that I should not have attempted to log in as "phantomewo" even though I was going to give you all these clips. - Oh well :P) - Maybe Marcus can clue me in as to what is happening. It sounds like the FTP server isn't clearing its logins after disconnects or something.

Oh, one more thing - I am calling it a night and am gonna watch Eagle Eye now to see our wonderful stock in action! Till tomorrow.

Well, tried again this morning. Now it just says authentication failed:

Send a PM to Tom. Had the same problem Sunday FTP was down and so was P5 for an hour or so. Tom said everything was ok on his end. No clue as to why.

Sorry about this. Our ftp daemon tends to collect dead connections in some circumstances and needs to be restarted.

Swedish, I'm visiting some friends whos parents have a timeshare or a flat here.

Tom's gf and my gf wanted to save the world etc so they started to work at the UN and Tom (american) and I thought it more realistic to start a company than trying to learn french.

But in the end I feel that I slowly get there by reading Asterix in its original language. Naturally all the famous french ppl from the 70s that the names of the characters makes a pun on will always pass me by completely.
