All I'm trying to do is get MY OWN files onto a different computer while my main computer is having repairs done, why is pond5 lacking the basic function of allowing authors to download their own files for free???????????????????????????????????????? It's completely ridiculous that I would have to waste money buying those images.

Did you contact pond5 support? They have allowed artists to download their own files for free in the past.

You may send a HD to Pond5 for all your clips.

Because P5 does not want to be used as a hard disk. It is added cost for them. Its been that way for years. Many of us keep our files in two external hard drives. Contact P5 if you have an emergency. "WTF" is unjustify.

Except it's hardly an added cost in any way shape or form, pond5 ALREADY stores the files, the ONLY THING they would need to do is hire a programmer for no more than 10 hours to implement a BASIC download function for each file that is simply only visible to the author of an item, and THAT'S IT.

I guess you do not understand the meaning and implications of "bandwidth". Contact P5 and they will help you.

It is so simple to contact P5. They are a phone call away.

Are you really SiliconWorldAD?

I needed a file I accidentally deleted a while ago and P5 told me I could download all my files anytime.

Precisely Marbury, if you make a request to P5, they will help you.
