pond5 answers to emails. write to support. i did and they made it clear there are no fixed intervals, no given month in which to expect such payment. its all dependent on deals, if theyre made, if youre included.. and these deals can even take years to finalize - but there is no periodicity in the sense we'd like.

im thinking that if ai bubble is popping (or will pop), such payments will be rare if any. also, if its not popping at all, but going strong, big players might have already trained all they needed and so even in that case, such payments might also be rare.

Yeah that makes the most sense.

This is going to be proven to be highly illegal as it is infringing on copyright. There are already several class actions against the AI world as well as the "suppliers" of such data. The one thing this idiot company didn't think about was actual copyright laws.
