Sony Vegas Problem

I just got sony vegas a couple weeks ago.I downloaded some pond5 videos of yours,and when I upload them on Sony Vegas,they are all black frames. Can you help me fix them?

When you import the clips into Sony Vegas from the files menu click on properties, the box that opens has a file folder icon in the top right hand side, click on that, then navigate to the location of the clip on your hard drive. Sony Vegas then creates the project settings from the clip.
