Dying sales?

It's utterly disheartening. We love being in this game but if you add all the hours of practice, recording, equipment costs etc it makes minimum wage seem like a dream and it is only getting worse. I f you have a day job - DO NOT give it up.

Music is not work. That's why they call it "playing music". Therefore our product has no value. Especially since a lot of people seem to be OK with "music" created largely by robots.

Definitely depressing.

Hate to be the contrarian, but I’m actually having one of my best months ever! Who knows about next month, though! Ha!

Sales picked up a bit for me for a while giving hope but now sadly back to hardly anything.

They cloned the model from 'Task Rabbit', a gig economy platform developed by a sacked IBM employee who later sold it to Ikea; to get those (if they get lucky) gig workers low level jobs. It's part of a radical gig-cult view from 1000's of years ago where marketplaces, clients and farmers were put together. Similar to MLM, but with a different IPO in mind.
