Ancient Text morphing into English

I need an AE project that displays some sort of ancient text (greek or hebrew would be good, but it doesn't really matter if it is saying anything) then morphs into English. I have a guy reading several passages of scripture (audio only) and need some creative way to reveal and display the text on the screen as he reads it. I would like for it to look as if the text begins in an ancient script and then blur/fades into English, so the letter ratio would have to be 1:1. Like I said, though, it doesn't matter what the Greek text says.

Should look sorta grungy and old....please no cheesy bibles or anything. Something mysterious.

I've done some sort of thing once for the big screen with ancient egyptian symbols.
Just curious how much are you willing to spend for such a project?
