Font change in main title with custom font made by me

Hello everyone, I bought an intro (37797339: Broadcast News) and I wanted to change the font of some writings that are preset with the neuropol font. Unfortunately I can't change the font, what can I do? which files should I go to edit so that I can see the changes made?

I specify that the character I want to use is a character made by me.

Thanks for writing in. Can you send in an email to support@pond5.com and include screenshots of your template and what you're trying to do to it? We can troubleshoot for you after that! Typically to use a new font, you need to add it to your computer, and then open After Effects after that to get the text listed in the text options.
