Payment is delayed?

After several calls I finally managed to get hold of a live person on the phone. She told me payments were done as usual on December 15th, but apparently money still as not showed up on some contributors' Moneybookers accounts. Pond5 is trying to contact them, but they can't tell for sure when the money will go through. She also suggested that I contact Moneybookers and maybe that will speed up payment process.

The first message I got from Pond5(dated 17th of December) support says
`Moneybookers was having technical difficulties with your payout. Our team has been working on it, and your payment should have successfully gone through now. Please wait a few more hours for it to fully process into your Moneybookers account, then check to see if you have properly received your funds. If it isn't in your account by tomorrow, please let us know.`

So, Pond5 was fully aware of the problem and it is their duty to keep in touch with Moneybookers/Skrill to sort out the problem. I cannot contact Skrill support before Pond5 gives me a transaction ID. I cannot ask Skrill to check a transaction without having its ID.

And as hooverphonic noticed it is only Pond5 that is having problems with Skrill. I got my payments from other agencies without problems.

I contacted Moneybookers and provided them with transaction ID that Pond5 customer support gave me. Still awaiting Moneybookers help team response.

Moneybookers, however still has yet to respond to my ticket. I just wonder why the the hold up was and if similar problems are to be expected in the future.

I received my money. Also, my Pond5 help ticket has been closed without me informing them that I received the money. I wonder how did they find out if previously were unaware?
